- Eligibility: The All About Games Consulting UK Games Expo Competition is open to all attendees of the UK Games Expo 2024 event who are 18 years of age or older. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the event organiser, sponsors, or partners are not eligible to participate.
- How to enter: To enter the giveaway, attendees must fill in the online form judging the combined weight of the objects presented in the competition area (measured in grams and including any containers where relevant) on Stand 1-802, as well as any other information designated as mandatory.
- Prize: The winner of the competition, judged to be the person who provides the most accurate submission, will receive an assortment of games provided by partners of All About Games Consulting Ltd. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Winner selection: The winner will be selected according to the above criteria after 3pm on Sunday 2nd June 2024. The winner will be notified via the email they provided when entering. In the event of submissions tied for accuracy, one winner will be chosen from the applicable entrants at random. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days, another winner will be selected at random.
- Publicity: By entering the giveaway, the winner consents to the use of their name, photograph, and/or likeness for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes by the event organiser and its partners without compensation or prior notice.
- Liability: The event organiser is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to any person or property arising from or in connection with the giveaway or the prize.
- Disqualification: The event organiser reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions or is deemed to be inappropriate, offensive, or fraudulent.
- Changes: The event organiser reserves the right to change or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
- Governing law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising from or in connection with the giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
- Data protection: The personal information provided by entrants will be used solely for the purposes of administering the giveaway and sending marketing communications (see point 11 below) to the email address provided during the submissions ,
- Marketing: By consenting to marketing communications from All About Games Consulting Ltd., which is mandatory for entering this competition, entrants agree to receive communications directly from All About Games Consulting Ltd. which may cover any topic relevant to the company's aims. We may also include information from our partners in these communications.
By entering the giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
