- Eligibility: All About Games Arcs giveaway is open to residents of the UK, Europe and USA, and who are 18 years of age or older. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of All About Games are not eligible to participate.
- How to enter: To enter the giveaway, entrants must follow the All About Games Facebook page, "like" and comment on the Arcs Giveaway post there.
- Prize: The winner of the giveaway will receive one (1) copy of Arcs from Leder Games, provided by All About Games Consulting Ltd. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Winner selection: A random entrant will be selected from eligible participants after 15:00 BST on Thursday 4th July 2024. The winner will be contacted on Facebook directly. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days, another winner will be selected at random.
- Publicity: By entering the giveaway, the winner consents to the use of their name, photograph, and/or likeness for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes by the giveaway Organiser (All About Games Consulting Ltd ) and its partners without compensation or prior notice.
- Liability: The Organiser is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to any person or property arising from or in connection with the giveaway or the prize.
- Disqualification: The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions or is deemed to be inappropriate, offensive, or fraudulent.
- Changes: The Organiser reserves the right to change or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
- Governing law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising from or in connection with the giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
- Data protection: The personal information provided by entrants will be used solely for the purposes of administering the giveaway by the Organiser.
