Job Title Sales Executive
Reporting Line Managing Director
Main Purpose of Job Proactively selling our partners products in a B2B setting 
Main Responsibilities
  • Negotiating deals between publishers and potential localisation and distribution partners.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with those partners
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date knowledge of the products we represent, as well as pricing and shipping terms.
  • Attending 4-6 trade shows per year alongside the Events and Marketing team to generate new sales leads and meet with existing partners.
  • Updating and maintaining accurate sales records and reports.
  • Driving successful sales correspondence across all avenues: emails, calls, meetings etc.
  • Collaborating with other sales staff to achieve targets and objectives as a team.
  • Carrying out additional duties to contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • Minimum of 18 months experience in a B2B Sales or Procurement role.
  • An enthusiasm and passion for tabletop gaming, beyond traditional games such as Monopoly, Uno etc.
  • Excellent social, communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly, outgoing personality
  • Capable of negotiating deals and explaining complex concepts.
  • IT skills, including solid understanding of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint and Excel.
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work.
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel and work occasional unsociable hours.

Desirable:

  • Experience working with stakeholders in different time zones.
  • Experience working with MailChimp or a similar platform.
  • French, German, Spanish or Italian Language skills.
Education & Qualifications
  • Preferably educated to A-level standard or higher.
  • High standard of written and spoken English.
