Our Story

Our founders first worked together during their time at the Asmodee Group.

All About Games CEO, Cedric Delobelle, is a specialist for all Sales, Production and Business Development topics, thanks to more than 15 years experience in the industry and an education in Economics and Languages.

Cedric successfully restructured Asmodee’s English Language Distribution and worked as the Brand Manager for Fantasy Flight Games. He first met our co-founder, Daniel Steel, during their time working together at Asmodee UK (formerly Esdevium Games).

During his 30 year career, Dan grew that business from a high street store into one of the world’s most profitable distribution networks. After a successful multi-stage sale, he became Head of the Asmodee Group’s EU Distribution until the sale by Eurazeo in November 2018.

Cedric and Dan soon reunited and began discussing ways to offer their knowledge and experience to smaller publishers. It was from this idea that All About Games was formed in early 2021.

The Team

Alongside our UK and Spanish offices, the All About Games team also has remote working team members across North America, Europe and Asia. We also maintain a roster of talented freelancers and consultants for specific project based work. Here are some of our key personnel:

Cedric Delobelle

Founder and CEO

Leveraging his linguistic skills, Cedric is our CEO and Head of Sales. He speaks five languages, and operates from our Spanish office. Under his leadership, All About Games has established itself as a one-stop solution for companies seeking support in all things tabletop. Thanks to his diverse expertise, Cedric is uniquely able to advise on virtually any topic within the Tabletop world- and often beyond!

Philip Hatch

Director and Head of Marketing & Events

Since joining All About Games in the summer of 2021, Philip has developed through various roles that have helped to forge the structure and capacity of the company as it is today. Having been involved in everything from Sales to Manufacturing, he shares Cedric’s ‘Big Picture’ approach. Now a Director of the business, Partners recognise him as our resident problem-solver.
